In 1956 a young female Jazz prodigy moves to Los Angeles, exploding her music career to new heights in this glamorous and gritty jazz scene. When she decides to open a dress shop it ignites an underground network that changes her destiny and the lives of other women forever.

Iskra the 'cash cow' of non-aligned socialist Yugoslavia created the world's most stylish and copied telephones. Their computer department was bigger than Microsoft, but they mysteriously disappeared when the country exploded into a bloody war that would divide hearts, minds, and borders.
